Society puts so much pressure on all of us to look, act, and be a certain way. It looks a lot like perfection, which honestly doesn’t exist. In this episode, we’re specifically talking about ways we as women can tear ourselves down and allow negative self-talk to pick us apart. I know that sounds harsh, but it often happens subconsciously, and so often that we don’t even realize it. It’s time to focus on the truth. The  things you ARE doing incredibly well, the steps you are taking forward, and it all starts with mindset.
