Doing a bikini competition changed my life. I learned how powerful my mindset is on what I am able to accomplish and how I perceive myself. Some of the things I gained from the hard work of preparing for my competition were positive; knowing I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. While other habits I learned from that time have taken years of effort to retrain and find balance again. A healthy life and mindset is focusing on wellbeing rather than being stage ready.
